Shipping & returns
Luvivo is in pre-launch: the conditions below take effect when sales of the first batch open. Everyone on the waiting list is notified by email before anyone else.
Where we deliver
Mainland Portugal, Madeira and the Azores. For the islands, delivery time and cost are shown in the cart before checkout.
Times and costs
Mainland Portugal: CTT, 24 to 48 working hours, €3.90.
Free shipping on orders of €35 or more.
Orders placed after 2 p.m. ship on the next working day.
Returns
You have 14 days to return an order without giving a reason, under Portuguese Decree-Law 24/2014.
Sealed packs whose seal has been broken cannot be returned, for hygiene and food safety reasons (Article 17(1)(e)).
If a product arrives damaged or incorrect, write to ola@luvivo.pt with a photo — we sort it out at no cost to you.
Refunds
Refunds are issued by the same payment method, within a maximum of 14 days after the return is received.
